HELLO GREAT AMBASSADORS!!!!!
THANK YOU FOR A GREAT AOS
SEASON. Though the snow was a challenge some of the time, we still
got through it with flying colors!
For those of you who were
able to make our Season-Ending Celebration, it was good to see you!
Thank you for turning in your jackets! If you were unable to attend
our celebration and still have your jacket, contact me via email to
set up an arranged time with me or with Sharon at Summit West to
return your jacket.
The links on this website will remain active through our off-season.
But the info will not be updated until I start sending out
invitations during the latter half of October. But I might need to
post one more message before the end of March. So, please come back
one last time on March 31st to check it out.
BE
SAFE in all you do! Until next season.....
My best,
Monti
AOS Director
Be sure to check the Summit's website before going up. Road
conditions and Summit operating schedules can change at the last
minute.
As always, continue to send in your online Time Sheet as soon as possible. Don't
fall behid on your shift reporting.
As a backup, make note on a
paper calendar when you ski a specific day. Looking up
your hours on the server is not an option.
Keep thinking SNOW,
Monti

OTHER AOS INFO FOR
AMBASSADORS
***********
Shuttle Buses: Currently, the Shuttle Buses only run between Alpental
and West on weekeds. If this status changes,
those changes will be posted here.
***********
Missing a Shift:
If you can't make your shift, post a message on the AOS Facebook
page, giving others the opportunity to help you out by covering your
shift. Not contacting your Lead about an upcoming absence is
unacceptable.
***********
Online Time Sheet:
Please send your online Time Sheet in within 3 days of working your
shift.
***********
Naughty Guests:
As you work as an Ambassador, your goal is to have fun while
helping/assisting our Guests. Be sure not to confront guests to the
point of getting into an argument if you catch them doing something
inappropriate. Just inform them of the expectation, then move away
from them.
**********
AOS Shifts: Only shifts worked on official Ambassador work
days (as designated on the AOS Calendar) can be
claimed for hours worked toward your hourly season requirement.
